Booking and Payments

Bookings can be made online via our Get a Quote form or by contacting us directly. Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Customers may open an account after a probationary period of 3 months.

Delivery Times

Our standard operating hours are from 6 am to 9 pm, seven days a week. The cut-off time for same-day delivery is 5 pm. For our Same Day service, bookings should be placed prior to 12 pm. More details are available in our FAQs.

Insurance

We provide insurance coverage for hire and reward and goods in transit up to £5 million. There are a few exceptions, which can be discussed with our team at the time of booking.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process and ensuring that parcels are appropriately packaged. Yasco Couriers is not liable for any damages resulting from incorrect information or inadequate packaging.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide exceptional service, Yasco Couriers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
